We just love Bernice State Park on Grand Lake in Oklahoma! It will always be a stop over as we crisscross the US.
Easter Blessings
Getting time to spend with my son is a true Blessing. Being just 2 hours from Springfield, MO made it an easy drive for Matt to join us for the weekend. We had a Grand Time decorating eggs, playing Cribbage and Monopoly, and just being together.
Make New Friends and Party with the Old
Always a Grand Time with Dan and making new friends. Lots of stories shared around the campfire and maybe a few shots! Just sayin’!
Bird Watching
Bernice is a Grand Place for bird watching. It’s home to a pair of Bald Eagles and numerous other song birds. I’m always amazed at the variety I spy on their nature trails. And on the lake!
Saying Good-Bye
As I say, Life is Grand by Design, especially on Grand Lake spending time with friends and family. And it always makes me teary-eyed when it’s time to say until next time.
